She is currently the Director of Cordial Developers Pvt Ltd and the Partner of Cordial Developers and Company. She has acquired business experience of over more than 30 years in construction and real estate industry along Sri N.Vijayen Unnithan. She had earlier worked as a Lecturer for tenure of 2.50 years at Kilipalam Women’s College, Trivandrum. She is also the Director of Cordial Foundation Pvt Ltd.

She also oversees the overall function activities of the company. She also envisions the future prospects of the company.
